The process of amorphous alloy strip
The process of amorphous alloy strip
The production process of amorphous alloy thin strip mainly includes melting, heat preservation, strip making, winding and so on. Take iron based amorphous strip as an example, the molten liquid alloy is poured into the tundish to stabilize the flow, reduce pressure and keep heat. Then it is poured into a specific "spray belt bag", which is continuously sprayed from the narrow nozzle gap to the high-speed rotating cooling copper roll by its own gravity to achieve quenching solidification. Then the strip is stripped from the copper roll by high pressure air flow and the negative pressure is picked up. Finally complete the automatic winding, packaging and other processes.
"High precision" control of the production of amorphous strip is a difficult problem, the spray belt, crystallization link is the core of the process flow. The characteristics of the production process of ultrafine condensation of amorphous alloy thin strip determine that the quality control of the product needs to be completed in a very short time, and a high-speed rotating (> 30m/s) cooling copper roller is used in the production. It is a big difficulty to achieve strip grasping and winding at such a high speed. In addition, after thousands of layers of FeSiB amorphous thin strips are stacked together to make a distribution transformer core, even a few microns of strip thickness difference will cause a deviation of a few millimeters or even a few centimeters in the thickness of the core, the "high-precision" control of the thickness is crucial, therefore, the spray belt, crystallization link is the core difficulty of the entire process. For example, crystallizer, in a small space and very short time need extremely cold, slow cooling, air cooling three temperature control links, so as to ensure a certain softness of amorphous strip and not easy to fragment, which requires a lot of experience accumulation and strong equipment accuracy requirements.
